We aren't a massive fulfillment center. We are a small-batch workshop in East Tennessee.

The Lead Time: Most orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. We use heavy-duty mailers to ensure your logs arrive flat and ready for work.
Tracking: You’ll get an email with a tracking number the moment your gear leaves the bench.
Domestic Only: Currently, we ship everywhere in the U.S.

We build these notebooks to be unyielding, but we’re human.

Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item or there’s a genuine defect in the assembly, we’ll fix it. Contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right - no cost to you.
Your Journey: If your Forge Log is scuffed, stained, or bent because you’re actually using it—good. That’s what it’s for. We don't accept returns on gear that has been "broken in."
Change of Mind: If you decide the analog life isn't for you, we accept returns on unused, "like-new" items within 14 days. You cover the shipping back to the workshop, and we’ll refund the product cost.

Bottom line: If we messed it up, we'll fix it. If you used it until it fell apart, we're proud of you.
